Emergency calls outside our standard hours of Monday through Saturday 7am to 7pm may carry an additional after-hours fee. We tell you what that fee is before you commit so there are no surprises on the invoice. The diagnostic fee applies toward any repair work approved on the same visit.

Locate the red emergency release cord hanging from the opener carriage above the door. Pulling it disconnects the door from the opener and allows manual operation. If springs are intact the door should feel manageable to lift. If the door is extremely heavy a spring may be broken and manual lifting is not safe. Call ReadyLift for same-day emergency service and do not force a heavy door as it can fall suddenly.
